The mindzspace unit on the first floor of Lab 1 has been designed with maximum flexibility. Laboratory and office spaces can be rented individually, while shared areas provide facilities for meetings, breaks, and functional spaces such as storage and utility rooms.

How many laboratory rooms are available?

The mindzspace includes four laboratory units ranging from 17 m² to 24 m², one large laboratory of 73 m², dedicated workstations assigned to the laboratory units as well as two separate office areas offering workstations for focused, private work > see floor plan.

Laboratory Features

The laboratory spaces are equipped with laboratory cooling systems and designed with either 4-fold or 8-fold air-exchange rates, depending on the intended laboratory activities.

The laboratories are fitted with laboratory furniture, deionized water and compressed air are available. The premises are ready for immediate occupancy, and technical equipment can be installed as needed.
